Adviser for the Probation Service Project

Citizens Advice Harlow is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity to become part of our dedicated team as an Adviser for the Probation Service Project.

Are you passionate about helping others and making a lasting impact in your community? We’re looking for committed individuals to support people in the probation system by providing essential advice and guidance that can change lives.
🔹 Fixed-Term Role (until January 2027) – Flexible location with hybrid options, but regular attendance at the Harlow, Cambridge and Peterborough Probation Offices is essential.

🔹 37.5 hours per week

Whether you’re office-based or working in a hybrid setup, your presence at the respective probation offices will be vital to building trust and delivering face-to-face support where it’s needed most.
