Important No drop in appointments at our main office:

Please be aware that we do not provide a drop-in service at our main office in Harlow.

If you come to the office without an appointment, unfortunately, we will not be able to see you.

This is because our advisers are fully booked in advance, often dealing with complex cases, and many are based in community locations such as GP surgeries and partner venues. In addition, for reasons of safety and client confidentiality, our office is not set up for unplanned visits.

To avoid wasted journeys, you must contact us first so we can arrange the right type of support for you.
